In addition to our services below, our Full Service Planning + Design includes sourcing all vendors, providing you with a dream team that matches your design aesthetic and budget. It's all about making your wedding planning experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!
We will engage with venues that align with the specific criteria outlined by our clients, meticulously collecting all pertinent information for thorough review and decision-making. The scope of our work encompasses the following tasks:

  • Reaching out to possible venues to confirm availability and pricing.

  • Guiding client in reviewing all options.

  • Liaison between client and venue.

Our Wedding Management + Event Design Service allows us the opportunity to create a curated mood board to address each stage of the Wedding Design Process. This cohesive design service will provide a comprehensive design plan and take the guesswork out of designing the wedding you’ve envisioned.

You have a refined taste and envision a timeless wedding that is both stunning and unforgettable. You will handle the booking of non-related design vendors such as the venue, entertainment, hair and makeup, and attire, and then entrust the rest to us. We will apply our expertise to bring your vision to life, ensuring that every detail is meticulously executed.

In addition to the Wedding Management Package, our Wedding Management + Design Services includes:

Sourcing and Booking Design Vendors: CDC will collaborate with the client to determine their preferences, budget, priorities, and design to identify vendors for each necessary category for a wedding.

  • Pulling 2-3 quotes per vendor category, giving you options to review and choose from.

  • Diving into those vendor contracts, making sure everything's in order.

  • Going over all the details to making sure you're feeling confident.

  • Keeping a close eye on the cost spend, making sure every vendor we book fits right in to your budget.

Design Process: CDC will collaborate with the client to develop a cohesive overall design concept from start to finish.

  • The first step in bringing your vision to life is crafting a moodboard that encapsulates your dream wedding.

  • Our team will serve as your knowledgeable advisors, ensuring that every design choice aligns with your unique style and preferences.

  • We'll diligently seek out those distinctive touches that will make your wedding truly exceptional.

  • We’ll care of the logistics, coordinating mock meetings with your vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • From selecting the perfect invitations to curating the escort wall display, we'll handle all the details to ensure your wedding theme is flawlessly executed.

  • Provide you access to CDC Exclusive Rental Catalog.

  • As your wedding day approaches, we will provide you a custom tailored Shop List outlining all the small details that will be available for purchase that will complete your custom design. This will tie together the overall aesthetics of the event while saving you 30+ hours of shopping time.

Logistics: We will work with all vendors booked to manage all details and logistics throughout the planning process.

  • We will act as the primary point of contact for your design vendors to insure your expectations are communicated logistics are worked out.

  • All vendor deposits and payments will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure accuracy and compliance with the agreed-upon terms.

  • A detailed record of all vendor deposits and payments will be maintained, providing you with a clear overview of your financial commitments.

  • A comprehensive timeline and layout for your wedding day will be meticulously crafted, along with any other necessary documents to ensure a seamless event.

  • All relevant information for your wedding day will be promptly shared with your vendors, ensuring they are well-prepared to execute their services.

  • Acting as a central point of contact, we will facilitate communication between you and your vendors, ensuring that your vision is accurately conveyed and executed.

** Our full-service with design and wedding management with design clients typically invest at least 25% of their total budget in design, with a minimum commitment of $20,000 for design elements.**

We will partner with you and guide you through selecting your Dream Team of vendors with our quarterly check-ins and pro-active management. As your wedding day gets closer our team will wrap up the final details and take charge on your wedding day as we execute the wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

Our Wedding Management includes:

  • Bulk of the planning starts 60 days prior to your wedding.

  • Complete access to web web-based planning program.

  • Access to our Preferred Vendor List.

  • Quarterly Check-Ins to Asses Progress and the Next Steps of Planning.

  • Attend Venue Details Meeting + Catering Tasting.

  • Vendor Contract + Invoice Review.

  • Wedding Timeline and Layout Creation.

  • Take Over as Vendor's Point of Contact 30 Days Prior.

  • Running your Rehearsal.

Day of Execution: As one of the first vendors in, and the last vendors out we oversee the overall flow of the day. Making sure we anticipate your needs before you do!

  • 10 hour day of Coverage.

  • Lead Planner and at least one Assistant Planner.

  • Oversee the set-up of all your vendors, ensuring everything is in place and ready for your big day.

  • Set-up and styling of limited personal decor.

  • Provide an emergency kit on hand, equipped with items to handle last-minute issues.

  • Direct processional and program activities.

  • Ensure that all reception activities run smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy your special day.
